Xbox 360 Episode Choices Glitch

Whenever I finish an episode of the game and start a new one, the choices of previous episodes are suddenly altered. Like if I want to save Selina in Episode 2, Episode 3 opens with me saving Harvey Dent instead! Any answers for this problem? I downloaded the game, so it's hard to say what's going wrong with the system.
