I'll admit to being unsure as to what Telltale's refund policy is, but you may be able to pursue one if you go about it before the game releases in full.

I purchased Batman directly from this site (PC), but the launcher still says episode 5 is "coming soon". Is this going to be released soon? I would have thought it would be available on the 1st-party launcher by now.
Hello, I'm adding this comment if anyone else is having problems playing through the last episode on PS3. As I was playing through the episode, the game completly froze and I wasn't able to continue. I sent an email to Telltale and they replied this "We have received reports of perfomance issues seen on the PS3 for Batman: The Telltale Series episode 5. We are investigating this issue and we have plans to release an update that should resolve the freezing, crashing, and other performance issues you may be experiencing. We do not have an exact date in which this patch will be available however we are working very hard to ensure that it is delivered as fast as possible"
I hope this helps anyone having the same problem as mine.
The game seems to only allow me to create one save file, unlike previous Telltale series where I could record multiple save files. Does anyone else have this problem?
Wait, Telltale Store owners are seriously getting the game after Windows 10 Store owners? And why is this delay affecting GOG owners?! This doesn't make any darn sense.
Why can't we have the episode? Can we atleast know that? "Oh there's an error" Well what the hell is the error that is taking hours upon hours to fix?
Ugh... It's so hard not to be mad... already spoiled a little bit because of a thread on the forum (the title) but it wouldn't of happened if I had the episode when I was supposed to...
I just want what I payed for.

Don't bother on iOS just completed it awesome episode..but on iPad Pro 12.9 yet again..black scenes can't see what's happening..ffs telltale never had this on your old engine!!!
Finally, but there is one more hurdle. School wifi blocks the download...I will have to use mobile data to download it! Nothing can stop me now...apart from telltale's glitchy, bugged new engine lol.
Edit 1: replied to the wrong comment oh well.
Edit 2: Ok maybe running out of data when the episode is almost downloaded can stop me...I guess I'll just have to watch vikings and wait for school to end then >_>
On the plus side, I haven't really experienced many of the issues on Android that all the iPhone users are complaining about. Some shading issues, but none of the black scenes I've seen screenshots of. So, I personally don't mind waiting a bit longer to get a better project. As long as it's not the 3 months we had to wait for the first 3 eps...
At this point, I'm starting to wonder if Telltale just forgot to release it on their own platform. "I mean, who even buys it directly from us anymore?" Well, after this debacle, I'm guessing nobody.

Anyone know why episode 5 is not available yet on the App Store? It was due yesterday!
Because it's Telltale, that in itself is a 'telltale' (see what I did there?) sign that something is going to be delayed.

So let me get this straight because I got the game directly from TellTale instead of Steam I get shafted? Yep, that makes sense.
