Episode 3 - Failed "Content failed to download"

Anyone know how I can fix this?? I've not been able to download Episode 3. I got to approx 70% and it failed. I try to start the download again and it sends me to the main menu after a message saying "Failed, Content failed to download".

Any help would be massively appreciated.

    I went to the following folder: C:\Users\\Documents\Telltale Games\Batman

    I saw a folder call 'Net'. I closed the game and called it Net.old then re-opened the game. The game now seems to be downloading Episode 3 - so far so good. My internet connection is slow so this is gonna take a few hours. But I think it's working now.
