Does anyone else feel this Joker is actually what dc needs

Keep in mind my system crashed before I could meet the Vales. But so far the Joker has felt less like the boring bland villain of old and more like Steven Heck from Alpha protocol. When he's on your side everyone else is screwed. A Joker who might view Bruce as a friend and actually want to be helpful but is too insane to see his methods are a problem. Almost like a version of Gotham's penguin who had a major man crush on Gordon and helped him in morally questionable ways. I feel a Joker who. tries to be helpful bu does so Iin a deranged way is more interesting than the usual portrayal.

  • Maybe, like maybe not the "try to be helpful"guy because I don't think it'd suit him, but we don't have to be an emotionless super bad joker either

  • I mean, if anything Joker appearing seems more like a season 2 set up. He's in Arkham Asylum, and the reason he is acting so different is because he is trying to act like hes "a harmless mental patience whos slowly getting better" although we can see what he's really like (smashing on the patient door, attacking Zsaz.) He also hints that he knows that Bruce is Batman, which maybe another one of his motives.
