Okay, I have a question. I just got season two, and can find nothing to do with the 'car decals' you get from the COPS. Was this a promotional stunt like TMI treasure hunting and I missed out on it, or is it just something fun to do?

    All the rewards are in-game. Collect all decals in an episode for a car upgrade (which will stay with you in later episodes). Collect all upgrades for an extra bonus upgrade. But yeah, just for fun and a bit of replay value.

    If you're asking what the car decals do, they're totally useless except to give totally useless upgrades for your car. I think the completely upgraded DeSoto looks cool, but it doesn't actually do anything.

    This is a potenially stupid question - but you get the decals from running over random objects in the driving game?

    You get decals by destroying stuff. Running over something will get a decal, but some things aren't on the road, so you have to shoot them.
