Trying to start episode 5 on PC, but it crashes every time

So I've been trying to start episode 5 on PC, and every single time I begin the "previously on" my game will play music for a few seconds, and then crash.

I once got it so I could hear the first line of it, but then it crashed again.

I've tried switching save games, restarting my computer, and now I'm trying to verify my cache's integrity, but does anyone have any recommendations as to how I can start the episode without it crashing?
