PLEASE HELP! Why can't I Import my saves on the same console??

Hello all! I'm fairly new here, yet not to Telltale games themselves. I recently started The Walking Dead Telltale Series: A New Frontier and noticed something troubling... I can't import my season (digitally)1 and season 2(disc) saves! I've played both seasons on my Xbox One console and it for some strange reason it keeps saying "valid save file not found".
When I played Season 2 it automatically imported my Season One saves with zero issues... So what gives??

I love this series and there is so much I did back in the first 2 seasons, it doesn't seem right not continuing my story exactly from where I left off.

Please help!
