How does ******'s appearance fit into the comic's timeline, and are the games still canon?

Really liked S3 so far, but Jesus's appearance confuses me. Looking at timelines, I'd say this needs to take place after/during whispers war, but the comics make no mention of his little outing. Any ideas?

    I think it takes place during the AOW timeskip-- takes place after All Out War, but before A New Beginning. Sometime in the intervening 2 years between those arcs, probably towards the end of it. I'd wager a few months before A New Beginning.

    Like @Deltino said, his arrival at the new season most likely took place a couple of months before the beginning of "A New Beginning."

    Although @EpicMustacheGuy calculated the timelines and they're skewed. If we wanted to be strict, A New Frontier is technically taking place after "The Whisperer War," but there is no way of that being able to work since Jesus is here, and I doubt that he will just disappear from the comic series after the end of the war.

    That works. AOW ended day 623 and after the time jump is day 1399.S2 ends day 890ish. All according to wiki
