Why is TWD season 3 not working?

Ok I have not been able to play TWD season 3 for 2 days. Every time I load it it come up with some kind of cloud sysc error. My phone is more than capable of running this game with no problems. A problem only existed over the last two days.

    Downloaded it from the play store. Purchased season pass. Have played for about a week and then. Over past 2 days unable to sync up to Cloud then forced closed.
