Season Pass disc not working... help please
So I have emailed telltale support twice and haven't heard anything yet.
I tried posting once on here and then a moderator shut down the thread only after telling me to email the telltale support. Which I already did once.
Anywho... my season pass disc Is telling me that episode 2-5 are purchased but not out yet.
Has anyone else had this and figured out how to solve it? Thanks for y'alls time.

I'm having the same problem over 6 months after you contacted them, I purchased the season pass disk & I'm unable to download EP.2-5. I emailed support & they said it was my ISP so I tried 2 other connections & still nothing. How are they getting away with selling something that they've known for months won't work
