Is this normal??

Ok, I got this Batman Telltale game for Christmas and finally got around to playing it on my 360 this week. I didn't have internet at my house, so when I housesat for my parents, I hooked it up over there and decided to have some fun for the week.

This... was NOT fun.

I have never actually seen a console game LAG before. That whole opening Batman scene I don't think I actually hit one QTE right because of lagging and skipping and general delays... By the time I got to Bruce Wayne scenes, the dialogue was still skipping and not matching up, but with subtitles on... it was at least playable.

ALso, the DOWNLOAD of the episodes?!? What do I do with those? Will I need to have ALL FIVE episodes saved to my 360 for this to work? I only had space on the hard drive for up to episode 3!! I've had this for a while now, but I've never even come CLOSE to running out of memory on this. There were a few games I deleted and might squeeze 4 on there... but a few others I don't really want to delete.

Will I be able to delete episode 2 after I'm done with Episode 3 to make room for 4? And then delete 3 to make room for 5? Are the decisions cumulative and keep updating, or do I have to have all 5 active at once...

This is a LOT of work and grief for what has so far been a 'choose your own adventure' story... Coming off all 4 Arkham games, I'm really not sure I even want to bother at this point... I love the idea of more bruce wayne... but man, this was rough.

  • Unfortunately Xbox 360/PS3 have not performed good with the batman series in general. Telltale has released patches and such to fix it but it seems to be hit and miss. For me personally playing on my MSI Laptop it played smoothly with the exception of a few glitches and such. As for the deletion of episodes I'm not sure on that.
