Concerning Screaming Narwhal
It may be a stupid question, but... what kind of ship the Narwhal is? I thought it might be a sloop, but it looks more like a small galleon. Any guys with nautical knowledge out there?

edit: I think it might be a carrack, but with one mast only? Weird...
I thought it looked a lot like a small caravel redunda (a square-rigged caravel). They have been around since the 14th century and were popular in the 17th century - is that Monkey Island time?

Or it could be an extremely small version of a carrack (15th century onwards):
It could possibly be an exceptionally small galleon (16th - 18th centuries), which is a direct evolution from a carrack so quite similar looking (a galleon is just a lot bigger, faster and more stable).
But then, the style wouldn't be very exact as The Screaming Narwhal was built from scraps that had washed ashore, so... it could be any type or none at all... also I didn't really get a good look at the Screaming Narwhal's top rigging either or with the sails up but, taking a leap of faith... it looks like a caravel redunda to me.
(Sorry, but I just looovee ships )
By the way, I'd love to buy a small replica of Narwhal. Hear me, dear TellTale?
And the Victoria is a beautiful example of a carrack.
