Game is not saving

Hi there!

My game is not saving automatically, so everytime I start the game I have to start the episode from the very beginning.
May some of you have (or had) the same problem and can help me solve my problem. :D
I am playing this game on my Convertible with a Windows 10 operating system.

    For assistance with your problem, feel free to consult the Telltale Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on which Telltale series you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
