Episode Two Beginning Glitch

The first time I played through the game, I chose to go with Olivia to get Ellegaard. I'm playing again and at the end of ep 1 I chose to go with Axel to Magnus but there is a glitch always making me go with Olivia on ep 2. I tried to restart the game entirely and do it again and I get the same result. It is the physical xbox 360 disk. Can anyone help?
