Yeah, I saw that on facebook. It's quite shocking. He was still relatively young and had a new show on. Ive seen and liked him in a hundred things. Wow, it really makes you afraid to have surgery.
I'm in shock and surprised and disbelief. I am sad. I shall remember you Private Hudson (Aliens) and Jerry Lambert (Predator 2).
To all sci-fi fans, I decree a day of mourning. Let us try not to be sad, but remember to him and John Hurt who passed earlier this year, I quote the age old line of Dr. McCoy (DeForest Kelly) from Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan:
All these amazing people are dying and I'm really sick of it. Can we just have a year with no more deaths? I didn't know much about him but I did actually see the Alien quadrilogy and terminator last year and I thought he was a great actor. May he rest in peace.
I can't even count how many bad movies I sat through just because he was in them. At one point, around 2000(year), I watched every film he starred in that I could dig up.
He touched every era of my life and I only wish I got the chance to thank him for it.
I am really heartbroken about this, so I shall take my leave.
I hate how no one discloses more medical details on the cause of death. Same was with Monthy Oum some time ago. It's either "surgery complications", "unexpected allergic shock during surgery" e.t.c. and so on, but no one says what exactly happened.
Makes me think that if there was a medical error during surgery, the one at fault would do anything to get the blame off him.

Surgery complications. Damn. To think everything will be alright after the OP and then never waking up anymore. RIP Mr. Paxton.
My condolences, a genuinely great actor and a worthwhile experimenter of the acting medium.
Rest in peace.
I know...it happens..sometimes there is an undiagnosed underlying condition. Sometimes it is a mystery.

RIP to his soul and my heart goes out to his friends and family.
Even if Bill Paxton was 61 years old, he was still too young to go. Such a shame to read the news that he had died due to surgery complications.
Rest in peace.
I will always remember Bill and his epic line from Twister:
Dusty: Jo, Bill, it's coming! It's headed right for us!
Bill: It's already here.
RIP Bill Paxton
The only actor to be killed by a An Alien, a Predator and a Terminator.
It's a shame, a real shame. I love Bill Paxton's work, even Twister. Rest in piece man.

Rest in peace Bill Paxton, my condolences to those who loved him and those he loved.

Something like this?
I've heard that a lot of times surgical complications arise due to blood transfusions.
