Thoughts on the new upcoming film: LOGAN.

Personally, I don't see how Logan could grow so old so fast. I heard recently, that thanks to his healing factor, he ages 1 year per every 20 that pass.
So that means he physically ages 10 years per every 200 years that pass, which he means he can live for almost 2,000 years. Do the math!
Now we know according to the films, I don't know about comics as I have never read them, but Professor X has the lifespan of an average man, which somewhere between 70 - 80 years.
So why has Logan aged so rapidly, in such a short amount of time? I'm shorter the film will reveal why, but what do you think it could be?
