Sweepstakes email is misleading

I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO PUT THIS, AS IT ISN'T "HELP" SO MUCH AS JUST FEEDBACK / COMPLAINT? But yeah. Feel free to move it if it goes somewhere else.


So I got an email from Telltale about taking a survey in order to enter in a sweepstakes raffle a week ago, and going through my email again today, I figured I would try. I clicked the link for the survey but the site says "Unfortunately this survey has been closed. Thank you for your time." I checked the email I received however, and it states: "... This survey and your chance to enter the sweepstakes expires March 17th at 5PM PST. ..."

There is nothing mentioned in the email about a limit on how many people can enter / how many entries the survey accepts, only a deadline for when such entries will be accepted. I feel that the email was very misleading and Telltale falsely advertised this 'sweepstakes' event, which isn't at all cool or fair. If you were only accepting a limited number of entries, you should've stated that in the email too.

Just pretty disappointed and irritated honestly. I was looking forward to entering the sweepstakes. :/
