To the new CEO Dan Connors and how to save this company
1- Go here https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Telltale-Games-Reviews-E256429.htm , take the feedback to heart and put it to action
2- Stop taking on so many franchises.
3- Work on 1 game per year, 2 at most if the resources are split 75%/25%.
4- Don't interfere with the creative teams.
5- Don't overwork your people to death in order to meet a deadline, if a delay is needed then do it instead of releasing an unfinished rushed mess and praying it'll magically get better in the next few episodes after throwing 30 new people into the project.
6- Replace the marketing team, they do not know how to sell a game.
7- Fix the radio silence, trust in the company is at an all time low.
8- ?????
9- Congrats, you now have a damn great company again instead of a shadow of it former self.

Make sure staff knows what the real definition of a "big episode" really is, thanks.
Can this man save TellTale from themselves?
10.) BRING BACK OUR BOI
He's not new he was the CEO till 2015 when Kevin stepped in. He'll make sure to take the advice of some random forum user for sure though, because you clearly know so much about how to run a game company.
Hilarious.
Our lord and saviour.
And BRING BACK THE BOI
Someone else made a thread like this and it got deleted within minutes....
.w.
Ohh and more Clementine lol. Put an effort to built up character backstories even the secondary characters....that way if one dies say to a zombie bit or gets killed due to a fable related incident...we actually care about them.
Just go back to how you did things with the Walking Dead...making characters we root for and make our decisions matter...but never let them be easy ones.
Improve the SHIT out of ANF and treat it with respect.
Don't lie to customers pre-release to make them buy your damn game - you'll just get less sales like that (cough ANF).
Listen to the Monkey...that lie was some bitter shit.
My advice:
Please Please PLEEEAAASSSSEEEEEEEEE make a Tales from the borderlands Season 2 and The Wolf Among us S2!!!!!
It's up to gearbox if they make a TFBL 2. TWAU I don't know why they haven't made a S2 yet.
When them taking fan feedback into consideration becomes an impossible prospect to you, maybe it's time to realize that maybe the company doesn't actually care about you, the fan.
Please enlighten me on how else you expect us to speak up if you're so bright. Buy a $2,000 plane ticket to fly half across the world and knock on their front door?
Your absolutely right on that. Why would a company care about the concerns and feedback of fans who want the company to succeed? What's next? Making products fans like? These people now days I tell ya.
Just remember these words: quality over quantity
OP smelled it
No, quantity = quality when it comes to their games.
Doesnt make sense
Now this is what I want.
Just remember... Season 1 was long and really good. Now we get shit episodes with shit lengths.
I hope the rumored 70-90 minute Playtime got EP3 isn't true
It makes all the sense in the world. They longer episodes always turn out being better, their shorter episodes are the worst.
Didnt get me. I refered to them making multiple games at the same time.
Back in days of WD S1 they worked only on Wolf among us beside it.
Now they are working on: A New Frontier,Guardians of The Galaxy(oh why), Game of Thrones Season 2 and God knows what else

No I got what you were saying I was responding to monkey in regards to length. Also GOT S2 hasn't been confirmed to be in development yet from what I understand they confirmed it for whenever down the road they wanted to make it.
Also, treat your workers as valued members of the company, not as expendables who can be replaced on a dime if they step out of line. And try to actually maintain employees, many of those Glassdoor reviews seem to indicate that Telltale has no reason to keep employees for the long term, this needs to change.
I wonder how long it'll take for this thread to be deleted.
"replace the marketing team"
i thought we had something special, dlb
There's a HUGE difference between taking feedback in a game compared to an entire company. I'm not suggesting shit, all I'm saying is that let the professionals manage their business. Fans are simply fans, and aren't game developers or know how to run a business. Unless you secretly all work at telltale, you aren't helping anyone besides making a wishlist.
Hey, I'll have you know!!!!!!!
I said this hours ago. ILY.
wait I found more
hopes you dont think this is weird as these discussions happened during pax/interviews
haha it's fine!!
nothing's worse than the twitch comments from that pax panel. woof.
Woof...?
WOLF SEASON 2 CONFIRMED
