Episode 3 Still "Coming Soon"

I am in a pretty bad situation right now...

Everyone is saying the episode 3 is available for them, but I can't seem to get access.

I am currently in Santiago, Chile. Please help me! Is there anything I have to do in order to have the option to download it? When I open the app in IOS it just says "coming soon"...

Can't wait to play this
