What Would Make a Great Pokemon Spin-Off Game
I recently started thinking. Which of these two genre's would make a great spin-off game for the Pokemon franchise.
3D-Platformer: In the style of Banjo-Kazooie, Super Mario 64, and Super Mario Sunshine. With a Pikachu as the main playable character. And the equivalent to collecting Power Stars, Shine Sprites, and Jiggies, Pikachu will be rescuing Pokemon (of it's size) from cages. By the way, the Pokepark games don't count.
Point-And-Click Adventure: Set in the Sun & Moon series. Ash and Pikachu the protagonists, with the other main/recurring characters as NPC's. Because of the Sun & Moon anime being in the slice-of-life setting, I thought this genre would be fitting. This would make it the first game based on the anime in a long time since Pokemon Puzzle League.
