Hi there. Please give us some information on your system.

    Please start dxdiag:
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Now you have two options to make it accessible for us. Pick the one that works best for you:
    1. If you know how, you can zip the file and attach it to a message.
    2. You can upload it to Rapidshare and copy the link to the file into a new message.

    Hi.

    Facing a similar problem.
Click on the Launch Game button and a black window appears.
A second later, the game crashes and the stupid window shows up, where Microsoft wants to have the problem reported... bla, bla... send / don't send

Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
    Current Mode: 1680 x 1050 (16 bit) (60Hz)

Try setting the Color Depth of your Display to 32 bit. 16 bit will crash the game.

    WOW! Fast and spot-on!

Thanks, it just started and I'm really excited...

Sorry for that stupid (or easy?) error. This Notebook belongs to my company and I never ever touched the settings. I'm not very familiar with Windows.

You're welcome. There's nothing stupid about it. It's rather strange that it crashes the game.

    ... without any error message!?
This was quite frightening. Any other software (or OS :D) would give you an error number or details you could search google with.
Here there was nothing at all.

    Anyway thanks for everything, appreciate.
