Treasure Hunting: How to continue after 1st map??

When I get the solution of the first map, I enter the code online and a second map appears there.
In the game, nothing happens? And it is said that I should log in via the game launcher - in my version, this is not possible (1.0.0.15). But I've just reloaded the file - the version is still the same.

Anyone could tell me what to do??

Because by entering the code, you have just completed the map.

Yes, exactly. There is a "beginner map", but if I try this on the altar, he says "I don't want to sacrifice that". Same with the idol I got.

If my memory serves me correctly I don't think the very first sign on the 2nd map is an altar. Have another look at the map and see what it is that the drawn hand is holding the rolled up map over...

Thanks - I realised that just before I read your answer (see my edit of the post before).
Now I entered the new code online, it says "new map piece unlocked", but nothing appears. Are there just two pieces now, and I have to wait for the third?

- Maps 1-2 you have.

- Maps 3-6 are in the Wii version, for those you can only enter the tiki combinations to get the prizes, nothing more.

- Maps 7 was revealed in the Telltale Community mail ( http://www.telltalegames.com/treasurehunt?addmap=7 )

- Map 8 ( Haighno)
You gain access to this map by visiting some Monkey Island related sites and clicking on the treasure icon (which leads to ttp://www.telltalegames.com/treasurehunt?addmap=8 ). After solving the map, you gain access to the Caribbean Journal Vol. 1 pdf, with concept art and hints of what is to come.
