Despite what others say I think that's one of the best trailers telltale has ever put out even though it was really short. I can determine that final scene in the trailer where Javi has to shoot someone is either David or Kate many people have suspected it's Clem but I think telltale would lose a lot of fans.

I've just noticed that this season doesn't have many "chill" moments..you know, without everyone around you dying, walkers flooding the place, bad guys fighting you etc.

That's definitely why this season isn't as good as Season 1 and 2. You hardly get a chance to catch your breath. They focused too much on making everything big and explosive, when the most memorable moments in The Walking Dead are the slow ones. (Lee's death, Kenny and Clem at Wellington, Duck's death, giving the food out in episode 2 of season 1 etc.) The only really memorable slow moment in ANF is when you tell Clem about menstruation, and that's just because it's dealing with that topic.

Yeah! Seriously, I don't understand why everyone thinks Kate has super powers and is able to survive an explosion and fire! If Kate was ejected from the car she would have been devoured by walkers! And yet everyone is like, "Oh my god Telltale you spoiled a death of a character who we saw die right before our eyes you are such jerks!"
Yeah, there is little to none slow moments in this season where you get to know and care about the characters. Telltale loves to rave about how family driven this season is, but honestly the last two seasons were far more family driven and this is the least family oriented season in the series. In the past two games they spent a lot of time getting you to care about the characters and by the end of the game you are attached to these characters like family and want them to survive. While intense scenes are critical to a good apocalyptic story they are worthless if you haven't had the time to grow to care about the characters and who survives.

I think David is the obvious answer. People are saying it's Kate about to die, which makes sense too, but the timing of it and it's context … morewithin the trailer lends to the former.
What if they pulled a twist? What if it wasn't David, but Gabe who gets seriously wounded getting between his Dad and Uncle during their fight?
