I might be late but wouldn't it be great if...
Since we bought the PS4 versions of Telltale games, wouldn't it be great if we could get full access to the mobile games as well. I want to play them again on my phone but it'd be like buying the games all over again... even if it's a lower price for the mobile version. Does that make any sense?

Not really, no. What other company do you know that just gives away free copies of their games because you've bought one on a different platform? As part of their business model I mean, not a one time event. Telltale is still a business.
If you are a PlayStation customer you might be able to get crossbuy for the vita on some games
When you buy a game the format ie sony, microsoft, ios gets a share of the cost so you wont be able to crossbuy to different companies without having to pay them all up front that would make games ridiculously expensive
