Couple of Questions

1) Considering the first ToMI episode was around 200mb, is it safe to expect the rest of the episodes are gonna be roughly around the same size? (I'm not exactly on the best connection in the world, and it was amazing that the first episode was so easy to get.)

2) Tales of Monkey Island has been my first purchase with telltale games, so I have no idea what shipping rates for the DVDs are around here. Does anyone have an estimate of how much international shipping could be once the DVD is released?

    I would guess they would be roughly the same, but Wallace and Gromit episodes went up in size with each episode, so I wouldn't be surprised if that happened here also, but with the Wii limitations who knows.
