How do you Hide/Password Protect your stuff in your PC?

1) Do you use the windows 10 folder locker?
2) Do you use Winrar and encrypt password?
3) If none of the above, what third party password software do you use?
4) What are the pros and cons of the software you use

    Whilst it does make it sound suspicious when you say "stuff", everyone has the right to privacy.
