How do i go about getting refunds for telltale games?

Tales from the boarderlands, for me, the end fight in episode 5 is SOOOO laggy it is unplayable and id like a refund for it, who do i speak to as its a digital copy so i cant take the disc back to a store

  • It depends on what platform/store you bought the game from, I think. Try contacting that store's support and maybe Telltale Support after.

    Unfortunately Telltale don't offer refunds for digital products purchased from their site.

    Except for physical merchandise, which is discussed below, Telltale has a policy of NO REFUNDS for products or services purchased on or through the Site.

    And as you have played up to episode 5 already i don't think they would honour a refund even if they offered them as you have played most of the game already.
