YouTube ad apocalypse
We know this has been going on for a while when we go on YouTube watch and subscribe to some of funny videos or watch a random peoples gameplay on livestream but before all that ads shows up it has affected a lot of the stuff when you go on YouTube , ads are ok sure they want to sell you products but it's (completely bombarded ) it even has affected even the popular shows on YouTube. And some people loses profit on what they do on social media.
What do you think of this Youtube ad apocalypse?

It sucks because a lot of my videos display a lot of nationalism or they are from certain countries which makes them "Controversial" so I can't make money.
Well, ads are part of monetization and therefore the only way for content creators to make money with YouTube videos. Unless you have got a big enough channel to directly make deals with other companies, such as videogame developers for example. However, as far as I know, thanks to new guidelines, YouTube does not allow monetization of content which could be "unpleasant" for their business partners anymore. Political stuff, news, most comedy and gaming content.. all that is basically killed off this way.
Well I used to be a content creator (and still upload from time to time mostly no commentary vids of telltale games) but it's howpeople get paid to keep bringing you these videos. But o do agree they are getting a little to much.
Youtube has made it pretty clear over the years that they care more about public image and marketability than their creators. Worldwide, they have zero competition, so why wouldn't they have that focus? People are going to keep coming back to youtube for something.
It does suck and it sucks worse that all their major competition, whom are still active, are region locked. Streaming has become more varied, but video hosting is 95% country-by-country per website, which is terrible for anyone outside of whichever country.
Luckily I don't have to deal with ads since I have YouTube Red. The ads on YouTube have become more and more problematic in recent years.
