Just bought Alien Isolation off Humblebundle...

9.99 for the game and all it's DLC....and Damn it is a great game...though that save system...it is brilliant yet I so would sucker punch the developer who came up with that. 9.99 well spent.

    Nice. It's super creepy. Just go into the game knowing that:

    • You can't kill the Alien. (this is something that reviewers did not know, and were really frustrated about... even though it was promoted by the devs so much.)
    • Be extremely careful around the Alien, as it has great sensors.
    • Be careful when using loud weaponry.
    • Also, CHECK EVERY CEILING VENT.

    I played the story mode on normal, and it was an enjoyable (and by that I mean heart-attack inducing) trip with a wonderfully crafted world.
    Also, when checking out the Survivor Mode -- the challenge mode where you have various maps and must get from point A to point B: it. is. hard. I think the difficulty for the Alien is cranked up a bit more than I played before, because it was not that sensitive in the story mode.

    The hell with those Working Joe's...more like Working Jackasses. And that Alien can go to hell too...it is soo creepy and that station...what a junk pile lol. Love it so far!

    It's an amazing game. My second favourite horror game and it's the only horror game that gave me a lot of nightmares. The Xenomorph gets me every time it spots me.

    Here are some instructions from me:

    • When the creatures is around, DO NOT RUN. The only way to avoid it is hide or use a weapon (I won't spoil what kind of weapon you're going to get) on him to scare him away, weapons with bullets won't work.

    So, I ended up buying Alien Isolation as well, and this game is my favorite horror game I have ever played.

    While I love horror movies, I am too scared to play horror games, lately, I played Layers of Fear which lacked many scares, and Outlast that was very scary.

    Alien Isolation is a truly terrifying game. Chapter 5 in particular where you feel like the Alien is always on top of you, really destroyed my bravery and I was stuck under counters for minutes because I was too frozen by fear to move.

    What a fantastic game and it completely grabs what made Alien so good.

    Great deal for 9.99. I was trying to avoid the Alien...had my head phones on and the lights turned low...was so into it...when my girl puts her hands on my breasts from behind...scared the bejesus out of me...and I admit...I pissed my panties a tiny bit.

    She made it up to me with doughnuts for breakfast....could have murdered her lol.

    Ok that damn alien...every single time I think I am safe....derp derp....I have never had a game this scary and tense...sucks I have so little time to play between work and family...but I am getting into it deep.
