How long does Telltale Support usually take to reply?

I e-mailed Telltale support a bit under a month ago regarding my choices from episode one and two not saving in The Walking Dead: A New Frontier and they have still not replied (it is the correct address that I e-mailed as they have replied before more or less straight away). And I am just wondering how long it usually takes for them to get back to people... Also (whilst I'm here ;)), does anyone know why my game's choices are randomizing (my console is Xbox One) and a simple way to fix it that I must be missing? Thanks! :)

  • I once sent an email to the Telltale support group early in the afternoon and got a reply by the end of that same afternoon. So I think it sort of depends..
And for your second question, idk.. srry dude.

  • I'm a PC user and it took TellTale literally 30 to respond to my issue. I reached a resolve before they responded. If I'm correct, TellTale support is still a "new" thing that they are trying to improve upon. My experience was a long wait, but maybe the user above me is correct and it just depends. Sorry to hear about your choice issue.

  • It's worth keeping in mind they are likely to be at their busiest around an episode launch, so responses from Support might take longer than usual due to a larger volume of people asking for help.

  • It's ok thanks though, I've actually somehow managed to fix this myself (I was too eager to play episodes 4 and 5 instead of waiting even longer for a reply) it took me replaying the game twice and messing around with my storage for about an hour but I would say it's worth it.

  • I appreciate that, they replied to me straight away after the release of episode 4, and I emailed them again a few days after (so near a month ago) and I havn't had a reply... strange aha, anyway I have managed to fix the issue after alot of trial and error.
