Unable to Recreate Backstory

So I played through the game once already. I'm trying to recreate my backstory a bit differently, then play through it again, but I can't seem to find the backstory generator anymore. It's not listed under Episodes. Any ideas?

    I think it only works once per save file. So, either delete your completed game save file or load a new save file.

    Hmm, I tried deleting the save file and reinstalling the game but I'm still not getting the option to recreate a backstory.
