Episode 2 still shows "Coming Soon"

I am playing on an Android TV device (SHIELD console) and have purchased the season pass. For whatever reason, I am still unable to download and play episode 2. This is getting frustrating, and I'm about tempted to re-purchase on a different console and contest the charges. Anyone else having issues?
