Will any Returning characters Return in LiS: Before The Storm

So I saw the Gameplay of Life is Strange: Before the Storm and I was wondering I heard Victoria's name get mentioned then thought if she and other Blackwell characters will Return. And no I don't mean Joyce and David because I know they are going to be in it by the screenshots, In what I mean is characters like Victoria, Nathan, Kate, Mr Jefferson, etc. So do you guys think any of these characters will return in this game.

    Some people are saying Nathan is in the trailer for a split second wearing a blue jacket.

    It's likely we'll see characters (excluding Max since she's currently in Seattle) from the first game.

    I think it's likely that Nathan will be in it. Not too sure about Victoria though.

    They announced that Max will be playable in a bonus Season Pass-exclusive episode, as a sort of goodie for those who wanted to play as her one last time. Otherwise, the only confirmed returning characters are the ones you saw in the gameplay footage.
