    I haven't seen a single official article about it, and this guy's word is the only one to be trusted? Seems fishy to me. Besides, he did say:

    As the person above said there are not much articles (but there probably will be lots soon) but if this is not a troll that makes no fucking sense they can’t just do this I myself never modded GTA but they do make good vids on YouTube about mods. Face it vanilla in most games get boring without mods.

    I never download mods in any of my games. Mainly because I don't like playing the game without the vanilla game. And really because all I can find is funny mods or mods that would not help whatsoever. I don't even download graphics mods. Should I?

    This screams fake...first off Take2 would have sent a cease and desist letter from a Lawyer who would actually be able to spell and use proper grammar.
