I have been almost waiting 24 hours now for help with my sam and max problem okay

    Blind Sniper replied in a previous thread of yours about what steps you can take to receive help.

    Staff don't usually visit the forum, so making repeated threads isn't going to help anymore than the first one.
    If a fellow user, whom owns a macbook, knows a solution, they'll reply.

    Other than that, all you can do is wait patiently for a reply from your email.
    I wish I could help you, but I'm not an Apple guy.

    As Johro said Blind Sniper already replied to your other threads telling you that support could take time getting back to you.

    Support staff don't reply on the forums so for now the only thing you can do is wait for a response which would take time, if you haven't already take a look at the classic support section to see if that helps.
