Can we request to fix 7 days to die public servers on Xbox one please?

Was wondering if ther are any big fx updates coming out soon for Xbox one for public joining servers. Me and a friend cannot game together due to this problem. He cannot join none of my public/private games but I can join him. But not being able to go in boxes bins etc and not being able to walk past a certain point. I really do love this game and it's a pitty my friend isn't wanting to play this anymore.
