I just gotta know...
What actually get's you banned? I see from time to time that people who I know from reading posts are banned. What did they do? I'm not the most likeable guy on the forum by far but I still haven't managed to ever get myself banned. Is it just because language? But it can't be that there is a fair amount of vulgarity going on here. Is there a post somewhere that got someone banned, or do you take them down? I just don't know. I guess what I want to see is a thread of things that got people banned. Not a thread describing what will get you banned. If you follow my meaning.

Mostly, bans occur if someone is being a jerk. We have Forum Guidelines you can read over as a general heads up of things to keep in mind and things to avoid doing.
Well you can insult people numerous times, post porn, disrespect mods and staff members and even request a ban.
For some of us, it's as easy defending yourself from assholes who attack you over nothing.

They can also occur for no apparent reason as well apparently. Not trying to be a jerk... just giving honest and helpful advice.
In my case, it's mostly I get banned and the "assholes" get away with it. I've started to avoid this place but I've noticed that most of the people I don't get along with are no longer on the type of forums I visit so I guess that is a good thing
From what I've seen, you either have to be a spammer or a grade-A asshole.
