Directx error w10, please help!

Hi guys, I bought twd s03 and batman on the steam summer sale.
Today i tried to play but happened an error.
The error says: he specified device interface or feature level is not suported on this system.
I saw a video on youtube and fix it (/watch?v=z6a35MyZ0fw), but my fps is 5, what i have to do?
what the fuck telltale?
