I sincerely hope she is an actress ...

No. Sybil is voiced by Amy Provenzano (source). Nikki Rapp does Morgan LeFlay's voice. (She was also Lili Zanotto, in Psychonauts.)

I went on Nikki Rapp's blog and stuff before chapter 2 was released to see if I could find out who she played (to no avail :p)

It is I'm sure... I think of it as gender-free like firefighter, secretary, lawyer etc...

I know they can't be the same, but the first time I heard Morgan Le Flay, my reaction was...

"OH GOD IT'S AHSOKA FROM THE CLONE WARS TV SERIES"*

So now I can't get that connection out of my head. Star Wars all up in my Monkey Island, Monkey Island all up in my Star Wars...

*I know, I have terrible taste in television. To my credit, I watched it all when recovering from foot surgery, and just about anything is entertaining after enough painkillers.
