Loading screen freezes in Episode 4. (Spoiler's ahead, maybe)

Well, the thing is that I've been playing the whole game from the start and nothing has happened to me like this before. The problem is in Episode 4, once you have telled the plan of flyng to Helios to get the missing piece of Gortis, after you've been dismissed by August from the caravan (after I told Fiona and Sasha that Handsome Jack is in my head), there is a loading screen, and the image (the Borderlands logo) just freezes in an orange color.
I would really appreciate your help since I'm really interested in how the story keeps going.
