Minecraft StoryMode Season Two DirectX Problem

So I preordered the game off steam and everything worked out so well. Then the day came to play it. I downloaded and it completed, but when I was going to play, it says DirectX error
at the top and as the message Unknown Error: 0x887A004. I was trying to do something about it then I gave up and decided to ask Telltale. Idk what is going on but please help me solve this. TY!
