BIG glitch in second episode (WARNING: POSSIBLE SPOILERS)

Noticed something that kind of needs fixing with the second episode. I'll conceal it for those who haven't played through yet.
Comes just after the sea battle. After you've managed to sink the pirate captain's ship, and Winslow says to point on the map to go back to Jerkbait, I decided to fire off a parting shot from the cannon. Imagine my confusion when the other ship was suddenly there again, able to block my cannonball with its own, as if it hadn't been sunk. After the mini cutscene plays, the ship's gone again - but this is repeatable. Firing it off again does the same thing.
Pretty minor thing, but needs addressing really. Along with many MANY typos in the subtitles. Many times I noticed "it's" where it should have been "its", as well as ".`" in place of a question mark and, I think, a couple of spelling errors too. Sort of needs to be better proofread before release. Maybe I'm being pedantic, but such a level of detail is essential in my eyes.
Apart from that, keep up the good work.

After giving Lechuck the fake turtle, return to the mold stone and get another one! Use the 2nd fake turtle on LeChuck on the beach to trigger a bugged cutscene. (don't worry, you wont get a gamecrash)

After your rubber mast is installed, go to the island it came from and the tree will still be there!

And why do the names to the mer-people display before you have talked with them? That doesn't make sense.
