Please Help! Central Directory Not Found Error

Hello everyone,
I redeemed my The Wolf Among Us code on telltale and downloaded the game as a .zip file. However, when I used WinZip to unzip it, it gives me an error ("Central Directory Not Found"). I'm not a tech person so if I'm doing something wrong, please tell me. I was very excited to play this game so this is a bummer :/. I would appreciate all the help I can get.

    Try re-downloading the zip file.

    That error usually only happens when the file is corrupt(with a file from a reputable site that'll be because it didn't download intact) or if you move the zipfile between unzipping and extracting.
