Unable to download Final Frontier

I just bought The Walking Dead Final Frontier, but i am unable to download it. I have tried 3 times now and the download fails at random intervals. I have tried in both FireFox and Chrome browsers on a wired connection. I am sure this is a problem on TellTales side as im not having this problem with any other downloads from other sources.

    New Frontier. Wait... you mentioned FireFox and Chrome so you downloaded it straight from the internet? What part of the internet?

    Yeah i mean that sorry, i'm currently trying my 5th attempt, i moved the download location to desktop to see if that helps.

    You can't download The Final Frontier without Scotty.

    Update... the 5th attempt worked and now im trying to download episode 2. First attempt failed at 92% "Content failed to download" or something. I really expected more from Telltale, this is so much hassle compared to buying it on Steam.

    Does anyone know how to fix this? I literally cannot download the game, it just gives me an error everytime i try to download episode 2.

    You should send an email to support they take about 24 hours to respond.
