Game of Thrones Client Does Not Recognize my Account Yet Telltale.com Does
I am unable to login to the game's client yet I am able to log into Telltale.com and view the games linked to my account.
I think the issue is with my account. I downloaded the game, was unable to log in, created a new account @ Telltale.com and was able to log in with no issues besides the fact that my GOT episodes were not linked to that new account.
I've been trying to get this issue resolved with the help of the support team but I have not been offered a solution yet. That being said, all replies are welcomed and appreciated no matter what, thank you for your time guys

I feel you. I have the same problem with all Telltale Games I bought yesterday. Support just told me that I should disable my firewall and change my password to simple characters. Something I did for maybe 40-50 times now. Obviously they do think we are stupid and are not able to see that with so many people experiencing problems it might just be a problem on their side. NOW I remember why I stopped buying games on this site in 2014.
The only thing I managed to do is to bypass the initial login routine from GoT by simply not enetering anything and clicking on O.K. However this will only help you in playing the first epidode since the game does not recognize that you also own the others as well because it actually is not connected to your account at this moment.
I am quite sure there isn't a solution to this for the customers - Telltale has to do something on their servers - but if anybody should find a way it would be great if it could be posted here.
It also would be great if somebody could explain Telltale why the buyer is expecting a working product for his paid money and that it's borderline criminal to take our money without offering a working game ... but I doubt that this wil happen.
