LOL moments in Epi 2

1. Elaine saying PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASE to guybrush over and over again
2. LIKE A VOLCANO!!!!! (oh wait wrong epi :) )
3. The map mr threepwood. i like it when you point at it
4. guybrush dancing to the manatee in roe island

    The Elaine moment was good :)

    The responses during the opening fight. "Every enemy I've met, I've anhilated"
    The fish in Da Cava's hut singing a Pirate I was Meant To Be.

    "Lemonade" and Guybrush flirting, despite being completely unaware of each others gender.

    And I know people have complained about the dialogue choices in the past, but one of the final ones when you're giving Elaines instructions to LeChuck as pretty hilarious, and wouldn't have worked if he had simply repeated everything you click on. Guybrush always says he'll go attack the ship and LeChuck can cause the distraction, instead of the other way around.

    Guybrush not being able to remember Anemone's name.

    "Hi... Alemonade!"
    "I need my mast repaired, Ammepoppoly."

    Guybrush making the stitches/sturgeon joke to the book keeper.

    "...I hate you now."

    Lechuck posing on the "Ancient Tool"

    Making Lechuck rub breathmints on stuff.

    Lechuck grinning like an idiot when he does something useless and thinks he finally gets it.

    Chief: The merfolk people are in your debt, if there is something we can do to repay you please let us know (something like that)
    GuyBrush: Can I have a cookie
    Chief: No you cannot
    GuyBrush: MAY I have a cookie
    Chief : You may not
    GuyBrush: Cookie???
    Chief: No
    GuyBrush: Cookie???
    chief:No

    Oh also when guybrush is helping LeChuck solve the puzzle with "Look at" , "Use" ... good times from mi1&2

    - The whole list Use/Look at dialogue combos you can make to mess with LeChuck :D Especially using the 'claw thingie' on himself, and telling him to offer stuff to the altar. His expression is priceless.

    - Getting poor Winslow to pay for the mast repairs over and over. I didn't try it the first time around, but when it was posted on the 'Did you try...' list, I had to give it a go!

    I think that these games are keeping the same spirit as Dom's voice acting perfectly. The facial expressions matched with his voice make me laugh harder than the jokes do sometimes. The entire cookie conversation, for example -- that wouldn't have been funny in MI3, not with the bland animation. Guybrush's eyebrows are great. I love how well done this is. It makes me really... not so interested in playing the SoMI remake. >.>

    I was hoping Elaine's begging would have been reminiscent of other begging in MI, "Pretty please with a cherry and nuts on top".

    Most favourite part has to be pointing at the map thing and the cans, among many many others, laughed my ass off playing this ep. I actually thought this ep was funnier then the first one :)

    Agreed. In fact there was loads of snigger moments and quite a lot of LOL moments for me - much more so so than Ep1 (and that was quite funny!)

    Funniest game I've played in... well... since CMI! :)

    Using the locket on the manatee the second time was hilarious.

    I totally missed on it when *I* played the game, but I saw my girlfriend do it on her try. The reason why it was even funnier is because my gf was stuck and she genuinely thought she discovered something new, only to have Guybrush dancing like an idiot for no reason. The fact that his back was turned the whole time made the thing even more precious.

    Yeah this chapter was more funnier than the first one, the "nice cans" joke was very funny and the whole LeChuck look, use thing was hilarious and of course the fish jokes, can't believe no-one mentioned that, just a shame there wasn't actually 101 jokes in it. :)

    And the fact that McGillicutty thought
    that he could drown the Mer-Queen, and Winslow saying "As long as he thinks that drowning her is ok, then I think she will be fine"

    It's just sheer stupidity but pretty funny as well.

    This dialog made be laugh hard (quoting from memory) :
    Winslow : With time you'll come to think of your ship like your second wife.
    Guybrush : Err, I don't think Elaine is into that.
    Winslow : You never know before you ask !

    His voice and expression are priceless.

    I also found the various conversations with Anemone very funny :
    Anemone : Hello, sailor !
    Guybrush : Could you stop saying that ?
    Guybrush : I wish some fish eggs please.
    Anemone : Here, I just made them myself.
    Guybrush : Eww.
    Anemone : Ah, don't worry, I'm just pulling your leg.

    As soon as the person said HELLO SAILOR my 10 year old started laughing like crazy

    not sure if i was laughing at the guy or her laughing

    I think the best moments were as follows -

    - Winslow and the whole 'Isle of Ewe' thing.

    - Winslow: 'The mast is fine, Mr Threepwood, but a little rubbery. Reminds me of a dancer I met on Booty Island. Why, she could bend over so far that...'
    Guybrush: 'Mr Winslow!'

    - Winslow's obsession with having Guybrush point at the map, especially when Guybrush is concerned about looking bad in front of Elaine and Lechuck.

    - Pretty much any scene with Anemone.

    -Beluga's replies when s/he's being drowned by McGillicutty

    -Guybrush, Beluga and the cookie begging.

    -'Ok, this is awkward, but you guys smell amazing!'

    -'MANATEEEE!'

    This episode has seen some of the best writing of the entire series so far. I hope the team keeps it up in future instalments.

    i loves most of the things winslow said in this chapter. i didnt hear the thing about the dancer he met on booty island. made me laugh to read it in post tho. i could hear him saying it in my head lol. i liked it when guy tried to rip le chucks mask off too. and i think the look on guybrush's face when he is thinking how awesome he is e.g when he looks at his hook and is like ' awww yeah im bad ass'

    Classic, but awesome... I think I remember a similar exchange from an old "Police Squad"-episodes.

    When McGillicutty puts out the piryte turtle, and it says "I'm Guybrush Threepwood, Mighty pirate!"!!!! I laughed so hard!!!!!:D

    Oh yeah. I could salute Guybrush. He really does love her, even leaving his hand to catch up with her.
