Can I import choices from a GOG version to a steam version of the sequel?

Hey, I would like to buy season 2 of Batman from steam, because I was not entirely happy with the service that GOG provided when releasing the episodes (they did give a free cheap game tho, but still) and I would like to know if you can import your choices like that. I still have my old gog file and all and I think I saved everything to the cloud. Is this how it worked with other games or how is it gonna work with this one do we know anything about that?
