How do I link my PSN account?

So, I wanted to play S3 of walking dead on my PS4. All past seasons I played on my PS3, and I heard they allowed me to import saves! GREAT! So, I went to make a telltale account, and it said i already had one. Even better! So, I logged in, and went to settings. There's an area that says I can link my account but no button or anything to press to do any linking....can someone tell me how i can link this account to my system? :/

    I think you can do it here through this website if you go to your profile go to settings and scroll down it will let you connect to many services.
