TMI chapter 2

I was playing this game and had solved a few puzzles on and off over the two days since I installed it.Tonight when I decided to carry on when I clicked on the desktop icon I got a Windows internal error Message.This has spread to the first chapter as well.

I tried un-installing and re-installing and this failed to sort the problem.I've been given no indication as to the cause of the problem can anyone suggest why this might have happened?

    If it has "spread" it seems more likely that a change to your system happened. Did you upgrade any drivers or install any programs/libraries between the last time it worked and when it stopped doing so?

    Also, try disabling any antivirus programs. That's something that could easily update itself and then suddenly start breaking things.
