How does this work for Europe?

Will we get a seperate place to order in £, or €?
Will we get sent the complete series on CD when they are all done?

Its been Nov 1 for a long time in Europe, and We need answers!

    Just place the order in USA $, it works out at ~£22
    When I completed the order it knew I was outside USA and still offered me the oppertunity to purchase disc when all episodes are available next year. Go for it!!:)
